1. Returns & Exchanges Overview

- Items without original tags
- Items showing signs of wear or washing
- Intimate apparel (undergarments, caps, etc.)
- Items purchased more than 30 days ago
3. Return Process Step-by-Step
Step 1: Request Authorization
- Contact our customer service within 30 days of delivery
- Provide: Order number, item(s) for return, reason for return

- We’ll issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Step 2: Prepare Package
- Include original tags on all items
- Use original packaging if possible
- Include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation
- Write RMA number clearly on outside of package
Step 3: Ship Your Return
- Ship to our return address (provided with RMA)
- Use a trackable shipping method
- You are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
- Item is defective/damaged
- Wrong item was shipped
- Our error caused the return
